Shine On! Unlimited Wash Club Terms and Conditions

The Shine On! Unlimited Wash Club program provides the convenience of getting unlimited washes/services as defined below for a monthly amount per vehicle at Speedy Sparkle Car Wash (SSCW). This program requires an RFID/barcode tag in each participating vehicle for identification purposes and is valid on the designated vehicle only.
This program authorizes SSCW to charge the monthly program fee to your credit card account each month. There is no time commitment and you may cancel your club membership at any time.
Upgraded wash services may be enjoyed for the difference in the single wash price of the Unlimited Club wash and the upgraded wash.
Washes/services will be available during normal business hours, subject to early closures, including, but not limited to inclement weather, equipment failure, maintenance, or other operational issues. No credits or refunds will be issued for wash unavailability due to weather, maintenance, or other operational issues.
The program applies to one vehicle per membership but can be transferred to a new/different customer vehicle by visiting our location. Membership holders must be at least eighteen (18) years of age. Drivers using the wash must hold a valid license. You may, however, be of any legal driving age to bring a vehicle to SSCW under this Agreement. Vehicles enrolled in the program must fit in the wash tunnel and not require hand wash service. Oversized, commercial, or modified vehicles may be excluded.
PROGRAM PROCEDURES FOR UPGRADES, DOWNGRADES, CANCELLATION
The Shine On! Unlimited Wash Club membership will continue until canceled by either party. Cancellations must be received at least 72 hours before your next billing date, no later than 5:00 PM (local time), via email, phone, or in person. Online cancellations may also be submitted at www.speedysparklecarwash.com.
REFUND POLICY
No refunds or partial credit will be issued for charges already submitted. Once billed, no refunds or partial credits will be applied for the remaining days in the month, but full benefits/use of the program will remain in effect for that month.
At signup, customers acknowledge:
“I understand this is a recurring monthly charge and that no partial refunds are issued after billing occurs.”
ABUSE POLICY & SSCW’S RIGHT TO DISCONTINUE
The SSCW Shine On! Unlimited Wash Club program RFID/barcode tag is associated with a single vehicle. SSCW monitors use and/or abuse of the program. Examples of abuse include but are not limited to transferring the tag between vehicles, tampering with the RFID, fraudulent use, or unauthorized sharing of membership privileges.
SSCW retains the right to cancel a member’s participation in the Shine On! Unlimited Wash Club program at any time, for any reason, including abuse or misuse.
USAGE LIMITATION
Only one unlimited wash per vehicle per day is allowed under this program.
LIABILITY DISCLAIMER
SSCW is not responsible for damage to vehicles including but not limited to pre-existing conditions, aftermarket accessories, or failure to comply with posted car wash safety instructions. Wash at your own risk.
AUTOMATIC RENEWAL CHARGE AUTHORIZATION
I UNDERSTAND THAT BY SUBSCRIBING TO THE SHINE ON! UNLIMITED WASH CLUB PROGRAM, AND BY SIGNING THE AGREEMENT OR BY CLICKING “OKAY” ON THE KIOSK UNLIMITED CLUB AGREEMENT SCREEN WHEN PROMPTED, I WILL CONTINUE TO BE CHARGED THE MONTHLY FEE INDEFINITELY UNLESS I DISCONTINUE AS PER THE PROGRAM PROCEDURES FOR UPGRADES, DOWNGRADES, CANCELLATION. I AGREE TO MAKE PAYMENTS OF THE MONTHLY FEE PERMITTED UNDER THIS AGREEMENT. I UNDERSTAND THAT MONTHLY CHARGES PERMITTED UNDER THIS AGREEMENT WILL BE MADE ON THE SAME DAY EACH MONTH. MONTHLY CHARGES MAY BE INCREASED WITH OR WITHOUT NOTICE. ANY RATE CHANGES WILL BE POSTED AT OUR SITE AND REFLECTED IN YOUR NEXT BILLING CYCLE. SSCW WILL BE THE BILLING PARTY SHOWN ON YOUR BILL.
